Scrapbookin' Craze and Vintage Intelligence...

I think the absence of being able to really get into scrapbooking in the last couple of months because work demands really took its toll, I've been scrapbooking like crazy this week.

Some layouts turned out good (to the left is one from Christian's 5th birthday), others really blew. But I'm glad to be in the "zone".

Another plus to being in the zone? Game Show Network is previewed on our satellite right now for a week or so (we normally don't get it with our package) so I've been able to scrapbook to old TiVo'd episodes of 100,000 Pyramid and 25,000 Pyramid from the 80s hosted by Dick Clark. That's when gameshows had intelligence. Also, the celebrities that were on the show were not dumb as dirt! There was still intelligence out there!

When Pyramid briefly made a comeback a couple of years ago (hosted by Donnie Osmond), man, the celebrities were as DUMB as a sack of diapers. No wonder the show didn't make it again. Brain cells have been severely lost in the last 20 years.

And not a very good clear view of this comic, but it's still priceless:
